Technetium, Inc., an Information Technology services company based in Long Beach, CA.  It was founded in 2002 by its two principals: Todd Foster and Billy Perez.

Todd Foster, Systems and Network Architect

Lifelong entrepreneur and “Systems specialist”, Todd Foster, owned an avionics facility before launching Technetium Inc. in 2002 with Billy Perez.

His client base has included Fortune 1000 companies such as Classroom Direct, Countrywide Home Loans and Tenet Health Care- among others.

Todd’s varied skill set and interests include: computers, aerospace and mechanics. Foster is also certified to fly all fixed wing aircrafts and helicopters. Todd and his son Michael, age 21, bond on the weekends as vintage automobile and aircraft hobbyists. Before entering the consulting world, Todd played guitar in various blues and rock cover bands.

Born in Oklahoma City, Todd Foster currently resides in his Long Beach, California home. Todd’s motto: “Responsive and personal service keeps a customer.”

Billy Perez, Systems Architect

Following his time as Senior Developer at TransCore, Billy Perez, “Systems Guy” has been offering expertise in web application triage and complex, highly available web apps in a full service environment with Technetium, Inc.

Due to the overwhelming need in the marketplace for an easy to use article marketing automation tool to efficiently post web content, Billy used his background in neural networks, genetic algorithms and AI (artificial intelligence) combined with interactive web development to build Snap! Free WordPress Plugin.

Born and raised in greater San Diego’s Imperial Valley, Perez currently calls North Park, San Diego his home.

A musical prodigy, Billy’s interest in math and science also began at a young age. Billy started playing guitar at age 3, began computer programming at age 9 and took up Spanish classical guitar at age 9.

After graduating high school at 16, he began studying computer science, business and music theory, which led him to a small San Diego tour with his band, Celsius.

During the .com boom, Billy started IT consulting at age 19 for companies in finance, e-commerce and healthcare. Billy’s motto: “Respond quickly, be honest, make your mistakes small and fix them quickly.”
